DELIVERY UK If your item is in stock, we will do our best to dispatch your order within 3 working days of when you place it. Your order will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and all deliveries require a signature. If for any reason an item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you for your choice of replacement, the option to cancel the order or arrange a later delivery to include your original chosen item. If you prefer we can have your parcel sent to a different address. If it is not possible to accept and sign for the delivery at the address given your delivery will be taken to your local sorting office to await your collection. A card will be left at the address advising of this. Your local sorting office will hold deliveries for 4-5 working days, after this period they will return any uncollected deliveries to Divette.
